This class will give you all the FUNDAMENTAL Hoop Dance moves you need to GET YOUR GROOVE ON to your favorite band, hoop in the sun on the beach or out in your backyard. The class starts with basic waist hooping then progresses sequentially through skill sets and moves that are the foundation for your creative Hoop Dance FLOW.  Instruction first, Hoop Jam at the end so you have a chance to develop Hoop FLOW.

Private instruction and coaching is a great way to accelerate your learning by tailoring each lesson to your skill and motivation level. Instruction can include Hoop Dance skills only or the added element of CHAKRA balancing through Hoop Dance.

In CHAKRA balancing through Hoop Dance, CHAKRA philosophy will be infused into each lesson as you learn which skill sets open and balance each CHAKRA. You will also learn when to charge a deficient CHAKRA and when to discharge an excessive CHAKRA.

Private lessons can be conducted in one of the many stunningly beautiful outdoor settings in and around Arcata or in the dance studio at Redwood Raks.
